Please read this policy carefully. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

However we do make exceptions and provide the refund if a client is not satisfied with the quality of our product. Please contact us and describe your problem. Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (via Paddle).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on Paddle policies.
